Project Question & Answer Forum
Please use this page to post all project specific questions. Answers to your questions will be posted to the Current Questions & Answers page. We make every effort to post the answer within 2 business days.
Because of the 2 monthly lettings the Question & Answer Forum will stay open continuously. Questions may be submitted for each letting starting on the Bid Letting advertisement date through 10:00am (Mountain Time) on the Friday before the Bid Letting. If Friday is a state holiday, questions will be accepted through the Thursday prior to the Bid Letting. The Call No.-Project Name: dropdown will display the current projects to which questions may be submitted.
It will be the Contractor's responsibility to report any errors, omissions or ambiguities in the bid package upon discovery. If an error is found in the bid package after the Question & Answer page is closed, it remains the Contractor's responsibility to report the error to the Engineer as stated in Supplemental Special Provision 102.06 - Examination of Documents and Site of Work.
